An exterior coat in a Dubai summer has to bond, level and cure in conditions that fight all three. Sequencing the work around the sun is most of the job.
Start on the shaded elevation
The crew worked the north and east faces in the morning, moving west as the day turned. No wall was painted in direct sun, which kept the film open long enough to level properly.
Prime what the last coat left behind
Chalked and sun-bleached render needs a stabilising primer, not just another topcoat. Skipping it is why so many exterior repaints fail inside two seasons.
