Most of our residential jobs happen in occupied homes. With a room-at-a-time plan, the disruption is measured in hours rather than days.
Work one room ahead
Empty the room being painted into the next one, finish it, then move everything back before starting the next. You lose one room at a time, never the whole home.
Protect what stays
Heavy items get wrapped and moved to the room centre. Drop sheets go down before a single tin is opened, and skirting is masked rather than cleaned afterwards.
